OVERVIEW
Welcome to Hope Directive LLC (“Hope Directive,” “we,” “our”).
Hope Directive exists to serve, equip, and strengthen people and organizations through resources, events, programs, training, coaching, and relational support. We create space for growth, connection, practical application, and meaningful impact.
These Terms apply to your use of our website, content, events, programs, resources, services, and any associated community spaces, whether online or in person.
By accessing this site or participating in our programs, events, services, or community, you agree to these Terms of Use.
NATURE OF OUR CONTENT
All content, coaching, events, programs, resources, and materials are provided for educational, inspirational, relational, and informational purposes only.
We do not provide legal, financial, investment, medical, tax, or other professional advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, and outcomes.
COMMUNITY AND RELATIONSHIPS
Hope Directive is built on relationship, trust, and connection. We intentionally create space for people to meet, collaborate, learn, and grow together.
We seek to invite and engage individuals we believe align with our values, based on relationship, conversation, discernment, reputation, and information available to us at the time. At the same time, we do not have full visibility into every aspect of a person’s life, organization, business, history, or future actions.
Any relationship, collaboration, donation, transaction, partnership, engagement, or other arrangement you enter into is ultimately your responsibility. We encourage wisdom, discernment, prayer, counsel, and appropriate due diligence in all engagements.
You agree not to rely solely on Hope Directive’s platforming, hosting, introduction, invitation, or connection of any individual or organization when making personal, relational, financial, charitable, business, or organizational decisions.
SPEAKERS AND CONTRIBUTORS
We prayerfully and relationally invite speakers, mentors, facilitators, partners, and contributors we trust and believe will serve the community well.
Being featured, invited, introduced, or platformed by Hope Directive reflects that trust in the context of their specific contribution. It does not constitute a blanket endorsement, validation, certification, or guarantee of their actions, representations, beliefs, business practices, organizational practices, financial conduct, personal conduct, or future behavior.
INTEGRITY AND CONDUCT
We are committed to a culture of honesty, humility, integrity, responsibility, and respect.
By participating, you agree to:
- Engage truthfully and respectfully
- Not misrepresent yourself, your organization, your business, your credentials, your financial position, or your intentions
- Not exploit, manipulate, harm, pressure, or mislead others
- Honor confidentiality where appropriate
- Respect the purpose, tone, and relational trust of the environment
Hope Directive retains reasonable discretion to limit, suspend, or remove participation where behavior undermines trust, creates risk, violates these Terms, or harms others. This may include immediate limitation or removal of access where appropriate.
STEWARDSHIP OF TRUST
We take seriously our responsibility to steward the trust of those who engage with Hope Directive.
This includes responsibility for:
- Who we platform
- The environments we create
- The relationships and connections we facilitate
- How we respond when issues arise
If we become aware of a situation that could reasonably impact trust, cause harm, or create risk for those connected through Hope Directive, we will take it seriously.
Where appropriate, we will take reasonable and timely steps to address the situation and protect those connected through our platform, programs, events, or relationships. This may include communicating relevant factual information to individuals or groups we discern are impacted or should be informed.
Such communication will be:
- Based on information reasonably believed to be accurate at the time, which may later be clarified, updated, or incomplete
- Free from speculation or exaggeration
- Intended to protect, inform, and steward trust, not to expose, shame, or punish
Hope Directive retains reasonable discretion in how it responds and communicates in such situations.
Our approach is further reflected in our Mutual Influence & Stewardship Standard, which guides how we lead relationally and respond in practice.
LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
While we take responsibility for stewarding this platform and our relationships with care, we cannot take responsibility for the personal, financial, organizational, business, relational, spiritual, or charitable decisions of individuals or organizations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hope Directive is not liable for any decisions, actions, relationships, transactions, collaborations, donations, partnerships, engagements, outcomes, losses, or damages arising from your participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the conduct, representations, omissions, advice, actions, or decisions of any third party, including speakers, contributors, participants, partners, vendors, attendees, donors, or organizations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from relationships, transactions, collaborations, communications, or decisions made within or through the Hope Directive community.
